- Engineering and design consulting: We work with our customers to improve designs for functionality, performance, and manufacturability
- Rigorous quality systems: We follow quality systems including, but not limited to, the use of JSS system, CMM, 3D scanning
- Procurement and stocking of critical materials
- Repair and refurbishment of high value parts: Welding, cladding, and coating are often used in the repair and refurbishment processes
- Carbide machining or coated parts: Done using wire and sink EDM
- Gun-drilling: We can complete small/deep communication holes in high strength nickel based alloys (as small as 0.156” diameter > 1meter depth)
- Ability to monitor and assess drill position through ultrasound
